A Job Well Done

 

 

I wanted to get in touch with you to let you know how satisfied I was with the work done in my home recently by Peerless.  I first spoke with Eric Benner

About what had happened and he and his team made it all go very smoothly.  During the current state of customers with frozen pipe issues and other problems in the

Area, I was thrilled with how quickly they responded and were able to come out.

Another Peerless employee named Kathy showed up with her team and they very polite and professional when taking a wall out along with many, many bags of wet insulation etc.. I could not have asked for better customer service or treatment in a stressful situation.  I have continued to speak with Mr. Benner in making sure I have signed papers and we have talked about who I need to contact to keep the process going to get the room repaired.  I just wanted to express my appreciation for a job well done.

I will certainly highly recommend your company as a Property Manager for Kingsmill Realty.

Above the Pack

I had to take a moment to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service Peerless provided to myself, my member and the tenant. My insured’s grandson was injured in the fire. His daughter, who rents the home, runs a daycare center from the home and could not work while the home was sooted. To make matters worse she did not have coverage for the cleaning of her personal property. Peerless went above and beyond to move quickly on the cleaning of the home to allow her to get her business up and running and worked with her on the personal property cleaning. Once again they have set themselves above the pack.

The Extra Mile

Just wanted to pass along a compliment Mrs. Fawcett gave Stephanie. She advised in all of the companies she called for assistance she felt Stephanie went the extra mile and was a pleasure to speak with .
